Single-file LAS/LAZ builder

For a raw LAS or LAZ file, this package downloads the file, builds the octree in a worker, and hands the renderer the same neutral contracts as the indexed drivers.

Build in the browser

The builder reads a single file, partitions it in a worker, and returns the tree contract the rest of the stack already knows how to render.

Worker boundary

The worker keeps the main thread responsive while the octree is assembled, which is the difference between a page that keeps painting and one that stalls.

  • The worker owns the heavy build step.
  • The main thread only receives the finished tree contract.
  • The ceiling is honest: very large files still belong in the CLI.
